About 45,000 sleepsuits are included in the recall. While the manufacturer has received 15 reports of zipper heads detaching, there have thankfully been no injuries reported so far. Still, safety officials recommend immediate action.
What HALO Sleepsuit Is Affected
The recall involves specific models of the HALO Magic Sleepsuit manufactured by HALO Dream, Inc.

- Batch codes: PO30592, PO30641, PO30685
- Materials: Shell and lining made from 100% cotton, with 100% polyester fill
- Design: Double zippers running down each side of the front
- Label details: “HALO Magic Sleepsuit” printed on the front
- Manufacturing label: “Made in India” on the sewn-in tag
These sleepsuits were sold online between September 2025 and February 2026 for around $50.
If your child uses this product, checking the label is the quickest way to determine whether it’s affected.

Instead of throwing the product away, parents should register it through the recall process. After submitting the information, consumers will receive a coupon code for a replacement sleepsuit or a $50 store credit from the manufacturer.
